We designed a flexible maintenance plan with your needs, property, and budget in mind.
ANNUAL TREE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Tree maintenance is more than a seasonal task. Regular, proactive care helps keep your trees healthy, your property safer, and your landscape looking its best throughout the year.
At Rigging Tree Service, our Annual Tree Maintenance Program is customized around your property and your trees. From seasonal pruning and cleanup to identifying potential health or safety concerns, we help take the guesswork out of caring for your landscape.
Residential & Commercial Properties
Your Trees Are Different. Your Maintenance Plan Should Be Too.
- There is no one-size-fits-all schedule for tree care. Depending on your property, service may be recommended 1–3 times per year. We determine the appropriate maintenance schedule based on factors such as:
- Property size
- Number of trees
- Types of trees
- Mature vs. younger trees
- Tree and shrub conditions
- Individual property needs
- How frequently you would like us to maintain the property
- Our goal is to establish a practical maintenance plan that helps keep your trees, shrubs, and property consistently cared for throughout the year.

WHY REGULAR TREE MAINTENANCE MATTERS
- Take Care of Problems Before They Become Emergencies.
Whether you have a residential property with a handful of trees or a commercial property requiring ongoing attention, Rigging Tree Service can build a maintenance plan around your property.
Start with a FREE EVALUATION and let us determine what your trees need and how often they should be maintained.
- Improved Tree Health
Regular pruning and inspections help encourage healthy growth and stronger tree structure. Removing dead or diseased branches allows trees to focus their energy on healthy growth, while routine assessments can identify potential pest or disease concerns before they become more serious.
- Enhanced Property Safety
Overgrown, dead, or weakened branches can become a hazard, especially during severe weather. Regular inspections and pruning can help identify potential problems and reduce the risk of falling limbs or tree failure.
- Long-Term Cost Savings
Proactive maintenance can help prevent smaller issues from developing into expensive emergencies. Addressing concerns early may reduce the likelihood of emergency tree removal or property damage while helping preserve healthy trees for longer.
- A Better-Looking Property
Consistent trimming and maintenance keep trees, shrubs, and bushes from becoming excessively overgrown and help maintain a cleaner, more cared-for appearance throughout the year.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Proactive Care for Your Trees & Landscape
Tree Pruning
Removal of dead, weak, damaged, or problematic branches helps encourage healthy growth while improving the overall structure of your trees.
Tree & Shrub Trimming
Regular trimming and thinning help control excessive growth, improve airflow, maintain structure, and keep trees and shrubs looking well cared for.
Bush Maintenance
Routine trimming helps keep bushes and surrounding vegetation controlled and maintains a cleaner, more consistent property appearance.
Tree Health Assessments
We evaluate trees for visible concerns such as disease, pest activity, ivy growth, abnormal growth, dead or weakened branches, and other conditions that may require attention.
Preventive Maintenance
Addressing smaller concerns before they become larger problems can help reduce potential hazards and unexpected tree-related emergencies.
Cleanup, Recovery & New Growth

Dormant-Season Tree Care
Cleanup, Recovery & New Growth
Spring is an important time to evaluate how trees and shrubs made it through winter.
Early-season cleanup helps remove dead or diseased branches and thin excessive growth to improve space and airflow.
Pruning during early spring also helps address abnormal growth and prepares trees for healthy growth in the months ahead.
Monitor Growth & Seasonal Stress
During the warmer months, trees experience active growth as well as stress from summer heat and changing weather conditions.
Ongoing maintenance helps us keep an eye on the condition of your trees and address growth or visible concerns as they develop.
Regular care throughout the year helps trees remain stronger and better prepared for environmental stress.
Prepare Your Trees for the Months Ahead
Fall maintenance helps prepare trees for winter by identifying and removing dead or diseased branches.
Trees can also be checked for warning signs such as discoloration, damaged foliage, or cracks in branches and trunks.
Addressing these concerns before winter helps prevent problems and keeps your trees healthier and safer through colder months.
Dormant-Season Tree Care
Winter is the dormant season, when trees stop actively producing new growth.
Although harsh weather can still cause damage, dormancy provides a good opportunity for pruning with less stress on the tree.
Winter trimming also helps prepare trees for healthy spring growth.

Spend More Time Enjoying Your Property — Not Managing It.
For homeowners, regular tree maintenance provides a simple way to stay ahead of overgrowth, damaged branches, seasonal cleanup, and potential tree concerns.
Instead of waiting until something becomes visibly wrong or dangerous, we'll establish a maintenance schedule based on your home's actual needs.
1–3 visits per year depending on your property and trees.
Keep Your Property Safe, Clean & Presentable.
Trees and landscaping contribute to the first impression of a commercial property.
Our maintenance program can help businesses and property owners stay ahead of excessive growth, dead branches, potential hazards, and seasonal tree care while maintaining a cleaner and more professional exterior.
Maintenance frequency is determined by the size and needs of the property.
Because Crepe Myrtles have their own pruning requirements and timing, we offer their trimming separately from our regular maintenance program.
If your property has Crepe Myrtles, ask us about adding this separate service.

Most maintenance plans can involve approximately 1–3 visits per year, but there is no universal schedule. Frequency depends on the size of your property, number and types of trees, tree maturity, current conditions, and your individual maintenance needs.
Before beginning an ongoing maintenance program, we first need to establish an appropriate baseline for the property. If existing growth, dead branches, diseased material, or other conditions need to be addressed, an Initial Cleanup will be completed before recurring maintenance begins.

No. The program is customized to the individual property. A property with a few younger trees may require a very different maintenance schedule than a large property with numerous mature trees.
Some problems are easier and less expensive to address when identified early. Routine maintenance and inspections can help identify weak branches, disease, pests, excessive growth, and other concerns before they develop into larger problems.
